Fine Dime Lashes is appointment based only. If a cancellation occurs 24 hours within your scheduled appointment time your deposit will not be refunded nor transferrable. DEPOSITS A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total. Deposits are transferable if notified at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. NO SHOWS If you are considered a no-show to your previous appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service total in advance to secure your next booking. FORMS OF PAYMENT Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted for deposit only. Cash is required for the remaining balance due at the time of your service. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM Please refrain from coming to your appointment with any mascara and/or any eye makeup. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment. PUNCTUALITY If you are 10+ minutes late without communicating with me your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. EXTRA GUESTS Due to limited space, extra guests are not allowed at this time. FILLS Please arrive with at least 40% of your lashes or service will be considered a full set. A fill completed after 2.5 weeks will be categorized a 3-week fill. After 3.5 weeks, the service will be a full set. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
